Appointments can be made via the website or by Whatsapp. New clients receive a free 15 minute consultation which allows time to complete your health intake form; this ensures a 60 minute massage treatment without time taken completing forms. Your appointment arrival time will be agreed to when you book. I allow plenty of time between appointments to ensure that you start on time. It would be appreciated if you arrive no more than 5 minutes early to ensure the previous client has time to leave. If you do arrive earlier, please take a seat and ring the bell closer to your appointment time.
It is possible that mistakes are made which may cause our prices to differ. Please refer to the website for accurate and up to date pricing, you will be charged the price shown on the website.
No-shows and last minute cancellations are difficult for me as I prepare the treatment and myself for every massage, and it may mean other clients miss out. You can cancel or reschedule anytime via phone, facebook messenger, or email with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Under no circumstances will sexual comments or advances, or aggressive comments, or gestures be tolerated. Anything of this nature will result in termination of the appointment, with full payment expected.
Health and hygiene is taken seriously and evaluated, especially with COVID-19 risks. I follow the RIVM-guidelines strictly.
The studio is a clean and sanitary environment where your and my health is top concern.
Each client receives fresh, clean fluffy towels. All towels are thoroughly washed in hot water before they are ready for the next client. The wooden floors, surfaces and door handles are washed daily, Massage oils are dispensed from a pump bottle which is sanitized before each treatment.
Massage should never be a substitute for a medical treatment. Any damage that might occur because of the treatment or neglect in disclosing medical information is the clients’ responsibility.
Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed by the individual gift certificate holder; however they may be redeemed over multiple appointments. Gift certificates are subject to the cancellation or reschedule policy.
